Japan Direct is a new service by Orosy Inc., which operates the B2B wholesale marketplace ‘Orosy.’ This platform connects small manufacturers in Asia and Japan with global retailers and e-commerce operators. Orosy has raised $5.4 million over four funding rounds, with the latest Series A round on February 28, 2024. It is supported by Japanese listed companies and well-known VCs.
The marketplace now serves over 8,000 brands and local stores. Since 2023, Orosy has expanded internationally to support global wholesale transactions.
